Working Principle
Thesepiston valves operate using air pressure, with a spring for
single-direction reset, functioning as a two-way valve for opening
and closing. They offer two types of 2-way valves: normally open (NO),
where port 1-2 is open when the air supply is closed, and normally closed (NC),
where port 1-2 is closed when the air supply is closed.
In high-temperature, high-pressure environments like tire
vulcanization machines, specialized sealing rings (carbon fiber PTFE) are
used on the valve stem connecting to the valve body and seat, ensuring
long-lasting high-quality sealing. Their design also facilitates maintenance,
such as disassembly and assembly for part replacement. These valves are
suitable for both internal and external pressure systems, hydraulic systems,
and pneumatic systems in tire vulcanization machines.
