Working Principle
The operation principle of these cutoff valves involves being driven
by air pressure, with a spring for single-direction reset, functioning
as three-way valves with a pathway switching feature. When the air
supply is closed, port 1-2 pathway closes, and port 2-3 pathway
opens. When the air supply is open, port 1-2 pathway opens,
and port 2-3 pathway closes.
In high-temperature, high-pressure environments like tire
vulcanization machines, specialized sealing rings (carbon fiber PTFE) are
used on the valve stem connecting to the valve body and seat, ensuring
long-lasting high-quality sealing. Their design also facilitates maintenance,
such as disassembly and assembly for part replacement. These valves are
suitable for both internal and external pressure systems, hydraulic systems,
and pneumatic systems in tire vulcanization machines.
